Product Description

The Bromelain also is known as Pineapple Enzyme. It is a pure natural plant protease extracted from the stems and skins of pineapple fruit. It's refined, purified, concentrated, enzyme fixed and low-temperature freeze-dried obtained. Its appearance is light yellow to white powder, slightly specific smell, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol,acetone, ether etc. The molecular weight is about 33000. Widely used in foods, cosmetics field.
