Paraffin wax is the product of petroleum distillation, consisting mainly of n-alkanes.
Crude paraffin as a result of more oil content, mainly for the manufacture of matches, fiberboard, tarpaulins and so on. Paraffin wax added polyolefin additives, the higher melting point, increased adhesion, widely used in moisture-proof, waterproof wrapping paper, cardboard, some textile surface coating and candle production.
After the paper is immersed in paraffin wax can be made with good waterproof performance of a variety of wax paper, can be used for food, medicine packaging, metal rust and printing industry; paraffin added cotton yarn, the textile can make soft, smooth and flexible ; Paraffin can also be made detergent, emulsifier, dispersant, plasticizer, grease and so on. Due to the increasing strain of animal and plant wax resources, most candles are made of paraffin wax. Melted when the paraffin is heated, the candle glows when it burns, black smoke is extinct.
Fully refined paraffin wax and semi-refined paraffin wax is widely used, mainly for the composition of food, oral medicines and certain commodities (such as wax paper, crayon, candles, carbon paper) and packaging materials, baking container coating material for the preservation of fruits, Insulation of electrical components, improve rubber anti-aging and increase flexibility and so on. Can also be used for the oxidation of synthetic fatty acids.
Appearance: white or light yellow translucent
Specifications: Food grade 56 °, 70 °, 80 °
Oil content: 98%
Application: Food-grade paraffin wax for food chewing gum, bubble gum, drug components, mold release, tabletting, polishing and other direct contact with food and medicine.
Paraffin Properties: Paraffin is a white translucent material, with a rather pronounced crystal structure.
The use of paraffin: emulsifiers, fresheners, detergents, dispersants, plasticizers.
Food paraffin is divided into food grade paraffin and food packaging paraffin. Food-grade paraffin wax for food gums, bubble gums, drug components, release, tableting, polishing and other direct contact with food and medicine wax. Food packaging paraffin is suitable for contact with food containers, packaging materials impregnated with wax, and drug sealing and coating wax. Industrial paraffin is mainly used in the manufacture of matches, fiberboard and tarpaulin.
