    Sucralose powder is a zero-calorie sugar substitute for artificial sweeteners.
    The sweetness of sucralose is about 600 times that of sucrose (table sugar), twice that of saccharin, and 3.3 times that of aspartame. Unlike aspartame, it is stable under heating and a wide range of pH conditions and can be used for baking or products that require a longer shelf life.
