Sodium diacetate, the molecular formula is C4H7NaO4, also known as sodium diacetate, sodium diacetate, and its trade name is Vita-crop (Vita-crop). It is a new type of stable and low-priced food and feed antifungal agent, sour agent and improvement It is designated as a safe substance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It has high-efficiency anti-mold, antiseptic, fresh-keeping, palatability, nutritional value, and growth-supporting effects. It is now widely used in livestock and poultry feed.
