Food Grade Textured Soy Protein

Textured Soy Protein (TSP) or Texturised Vegetable Protein, is a meat substitute made from Non GMO soybean, after peeling,defatting, comminuting, extrusion, puffing, then gained after treated under high temperature and pressure. It is purely natural vegetable products without cholesterol or any other additives. The protein content is more than 50%, and it has good water absorption, oil preserving and fibrous structure.

Soy protein products include powdered soy protein powder and textured soy protein.Powdered soybean protein products are soybean protein-rich products obtained by degreasing, removing or partially removing carbohydrates from soybeans. According to different protein contents, they are divided into three types:A. Soybean protein powder soy flour, protein content 50-65% (dry basis) B. Soy protein concentrate, protein content 65-90% (dry basis) C. Soy protein isolate, with protein content above 90% (dry basis).Textured soybean protein is a product with a structure similar to meat obtained from powdered soybean protein products through extrusion and cooking processes. According to different protein contents, it can be divided into two types:A. Textured soy protein flour (textured soy protein flour), protein content 50-65% (dry basis),

B. Texturized soybean protein concentrate, with a protein content of about 70% (dry basis).

Textured Soy Protein is a soya protein produced from the NON-GMO raw material as ideal food ingredient of high protein. It has characteristic of fiber texture and high ability to bind juiciness, such as water and vegetable oil.Textured soy protein is used mainly in kinds of meat products and maigre products, such as dumpling, bun, ball, and ham.

   In general, 1kg per bag or 25kg per drum.
