Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula K2HPO4. It is a white crystalline or amorphous powder. It is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. It is mainly used as a corrosion inhibitor for antifreeze and a nutrient for antibiotic culture media. , phosphorus and potassium regulators in the fermentation industry, feed additives, etc.

 

Application

1. Used as corrosion inhibitor of antifreeze, nutrient of antibiotic medium, phosphorus and potassium regulator of fermentation industry, feed additive, etc.

2. Used as water quality treatment agent, microorganism, fungus culture agent, etc.

 3. In the food industry, it can be used as raw material for the preparation of alkaline water for pasta products, fermentation agent, flavoring agent, leavening agent, mild alkaline agent for dairy products, and yeast food. Used as a buffer chelating agent. It can also be used as a feed additive.
